1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship to:
- P.O. Boxes
- APO/FPO military addresses
- International destinations
2. Shipping Cost
Free standard shipping is offered on all orders placed through our website. No minimum purchase is required.
3. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after they are placed.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and estimated delivery details.
4. Delivery Time
After your order has been processed, standard delivery typically takes 3 to 6 business days. Please note that all delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
5. Tracking Your Order
A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has been dispatched. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress through the carrier's website.
If you do not receive a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us so we can assist you.
6. Delayed or Lost Shipments
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to:
- Carrier delays or disruptions
- Severe weather conditions
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
- Other circumstances beyond our control
Lupita's Flower Shop is not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers. However, if your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will work with you to locate your shipment or arrange a suitable resolution.
If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion.
7. Damaged Shipments
Our artificial flowers, wreaths, and other botanicals are carefully packaged to minimize the risk of damage during transit. In the event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:
- Your order number
- A description of the damage
- Photographs of the damaged item(s) and packaging
We will review your claim promptly and offer a replacement, repair, or full refund as appropriate.
8. Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Lupita's Flower Shop is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us at info@lupitasflowershop.net as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before the order is processed, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been shipped.
Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address will be subject to reshipping fees at the customer's expense.
9. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed or shipped. To request a cancellation, please email us at info@lupitasflowershop.net with your order number.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In that case, you may return or exchange the item(s) in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
10. Returns and Refunds
Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for complete details on returns, exchanges, and refunds. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of our receiving the returned item(s). Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
