30-Day Return Policy
All of our products are non-perishable, artificial, and reusable, and are backed by a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
Eligibility Requirements
- The item must be unused, unassembled, and free from any signs of wear, pet damage, or customer-caused damage
- All original packaging, protective wrapping, labels, tags, and included accessories must be returned in full
- A valid proof of purchase is required (order confirmation email, packing slip, or digital receipt)
Items NOT Eligible for Return
- Products that have been displayed, hung, assembled, installed, or used
- Items returned with missing packaging, components, or accessories
- Products damaged by the customer, pets, improper storage, or environmental exposure
Note: Returns submitted without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If any item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us immediately.
Qualifying Issues
- Products broken, crushed, bent, or physically damaged during shipping
- Manufacturing defects (detached branches, cracked bases, broken pre-light wiring)
- Wrong product shipped (incorrect style, color, size, or quantity)
- Missing parts or accessories

How to File a Claim
Email info@lupitasflowershop.net with:
- Your order number
- A written description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product, the damage, and the shipping box
- A photo of the shipping label (if box was damaged in transit)
Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with a resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or full refund. For defective or incorrect items, we provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
How to Request a Return
Step 1 — Contact Us
Email info@lupitasflowershop.net with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for your return
- Photos (required for damage or defect claims)
Step 2 — Await Authorization
Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days. If approved, you will receive:
- A return shipping label
- Detailed return instructions
- A return authorization number
Step 3 — Ship the Item Back
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship within 7 days of receiving authorization
- Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to sender at their expense
Step 4 — Refund Processing
Once received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days:

- Contact your bank or card issuer

Exchanges
Option 1 — Return & Reorder (Fastest)
- Initiate a return for the original item
- Place a new order for the preferred item
- Your refund will be processed independently once the return is received
Option 2 — Direct Exchange
Email info@lupitasflowershop.net with your order number and a description of the item you'd like to exchange, and our team will coordinate the swap for you.
Eligible Exchange Reasons
- Incorrect item, color, or size shipped
- Product arrived damaged or defective
- You prefer a different style or design (subject to availability)
